Travel & Earn Points
Points are credited after each trip is completed. Accumulate points to unlock higher tiers.
Unlock Tier Benefits
Each tier unlocks one-time rewards: vouchers, discounts, free trips, and exclusive experiences. Points expire annually (30% deduction).
Redemption Guidelines
Please review the following terms before redeeming your points and benefits
Points Value
Your points have real monetary value
1 Point ≈ 0.03 AED
Base redemption value. Actual value may vary depending on the benefit or reward being redeemed.
Availability & Blackout Periods
All redemptions are subject to availability. Certain dates, peak seasons, and special events may be excluded from point redemptions (blackout periods).
Booking-Time Requests
Some benefits such as travel insurance coverage and room or seat upgrades must be requested at the time of booking. They cannot be applied retroactively after a trip is confirmed.
No Combining with Promotions
Point redemptions and tier benefits cannot be combined with other promotional codes, discounted offers, or special sale pricing. Only one discount type may be applied per booking.
Annual Redemption Limits
Certain high-value redemptions (e.g., complimentary weekend trips, free upgrades) may be limited to once per calendar year per member, regardless of tier or points balance.
Points Expiry Reminder: Each year, on the anniversary of your first trip with NavyLand Travel, 30% of your accumulated points will expire. Keep traveling to maintain and grow your balance. NavyLand Travel reserves the right to modify these guidelines at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email.
